Before the class begins, all participants must complete the online registration process.
- If you are registering a child under 18 years of age, the parent or guardian over 18 years of age must complete the registration.
- Participant refers to a child under 18 years of age.
- Member refers to the parent or guardian over 18 years of age registering on behalf of the participant.
- Please provide the participant's details for the registration, not the parent/guardian details (there is a separate section for this).

TO REGISTER
- Please click on the Registration menu at the top of our website; and
- Click either:
- RETURNING MEMBER: If you have previously registered with our Club, please follow the prompts to renew your affiliation with CAWA and your membership with Riverton Calisthenics Club.
- NEW MEMBER: If you are a new member to our Club or have not registered before, follow the prompts to become affiliated with CAWA and a Member of Riverton Calisthenics Club.
Choosing a Member/Affiliation Type
- During the registration process, you will be prompted to select a Member/Affiliation type.
- Please choose a type based on your child's age—refer to the table below.

INVOICES
Two (2) Invoices are required to be paid at the start of every year:
| Invoice 1 (CAWA Affiliation fee): |
- This fee is set by the Calisthenics of WA Association (CAWA), which covers the affiliation, Membership, and Volunteer Levy Fees. The fees provide insurance coverage for personal accidents, SUA sports injuries, and incident hazards. - Volunteer levy is paid per family, so if you have more than one participant at our Club, you will be refunded any additional Volunteer levies paid.

| Invoice 2 (Term 1 fee): |
- This includes a fee for classes run by Riverton Calisthenics Club (RCC). Once the club processes your registration, your child will be allocated to a class, and Invoice 2 will be sent via email.

To View & Pay Invoices
To view and pay your Affiliation/Membership and Term Invoices:

Log in to our website - the Account menu will appear next to the Log In menu.

Click the Payments button to view and pay your invoices.
* Your prompt payment of all invoices within two weeks of issue is greatly appreciated.

CAWA AFFILIATION FORM
Each member must complete a hard copy of the CAWA Affiliation form, which is available at our annual Open Day or provided by your Team Manager in Week 1 of Term 1 class. Alternatively, you can download the form on the Registration page.
To submit the form
- Complete and sign the form; and
- Hand it to your Team Manager at class.
- Please contact Jo Jung, the Club Registrar, at jung.jo@gmail.com if you require assistance.
* Affiliation to CAWA includes insurance coverage and eligibility to participate and compete in CAWA competitions held that year.

All members are required to read and acknowledge our Club Fees & Terms, which incorporate:

FEES
Fees are issued on a term basis. Term fees are issued at the commencement of each term. Payment is required within the first two weeks of each term. Participants must be financial with no outstanding fees or payments to compete in any CAWA competition.
* Fees are non-refundable should you choose to withdraw or miss a class. No refund of affiliation, term fee, membership fee, costume deposit or any other associated costs is given should a member choose to withdraw or miss a class.
